Burpee Challenge - Day 11

I want to remind everyone that the gym will be closed this Saturday due to the Mad Mud Run. Anyone who registered for this but will not be attending please let us know, and or confirm with us that you will be. We are looking into renting a few 15 passenger vans and meeting at the gym to take everyone up together. It will be a long drive and will require an early meet time. Please post thoughts to the comments. I don't know what the cost will be but we would just divide it amongst those wishing to take the vans.

The first exercise in today's workout is a combination of moves we have done individually, and a workout that Chad has been asking for and hinting at for weeks.

Todays Workout will be 3 Rounds for Time:
12, 9, 6 Rep Rounds
DB Burpee-Clean-Thruster 30m/20w
Weighted Pull Up 30m/20w
